- Private customers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom-cut, custom-sized, or specially ordered items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or manufacturing faults.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
